About CambrianWire

CambrianWire is a daily dispatch on the AI buildout — the physical and financial machine behind artificial intelligence: compute and chips, memory, networking, datacenters, the power and cooling and water that feed them, and the money moving through all of it.

The name nods to the Cambrian explosion — a sudden emergence of new forms — crossed with a wire, an old word for a dispatch. We read the macro, the ground-level chatter, and the market, then hand you the signal in one tight brief each morning.

What we cover

We view every company through one lens: would its story move because of the AI-infrastructure buildout specifically? That keeps us narrow and useful — silicon to intelligence to robotics, plus the unglamorous picks-and-shovels (power, grid gear, cooling, water, copper, uranium) that the buildout actually runs on. We skip companies that merely adopt AI.

How it's made

Each dispatch is assembled from macro data, market data, and ground-level sources, summarized and curated into one consistent voice — then reviewed by a human before it's published. Market figures on the markets pages are refreshed on a schedule and are delayed; they're context, not a trading terminal.

The one rule

CambrianWire is informational, not financial advice. Nothing here is a recommendation to buy or sell any security, and we never publish buy/sell ratings. We summarize, attribute, and link — we don't republish. See the full disclaimer.
